Stranger Things Season 2

It’s time to grab your laptop and some snacks because this Friday, October 27th, Netflix will be dropping the second season of the hit series, Stranger Things. If you don’t know, the show took the world by storm last year after its summer release. It gained an insane amount of popularity throughout the fall which confirmed the obvious need for a second season. For those unfamiliar with the series, it takes place in a quiet town called Hawkins in the 1980s and follows the disappearance of Will Byers. As Will disappears a strange girl named Eleven appears along with other supernatural forces revealing that Will is stuck in an alter universe called the upside-down. Big names among the cast include Winona Ryder as Will’s frantic mother, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, and Finn Wolfhard, It (2017) star, as Mike. With only 8 episodes in the first season you can definitely catch up quickly.

Season 2 should hopefully answer a bunch of unanswered questions. We left off with a nice holiday dinner at the Byers’s house before Will began throwing up slugs in the bathroom and flashing between reality and the upside down. Eleven has also gone MIA at the end of the season. This ending has left fans unstable for over a year. Will the iconic gang shut down the insane government operation? Will Will Byers ever truly escape the upside down? Will Nancy finally ditch Steve? Do Eleven and Mike ever reunite? Will things ever truly be the same in Hawkins? Hopefully we’ll find out all these answers and more in Season 2.

But while we’re counting down the final hours, check out the official Netflix trailer
