Favorite story you have done for the elm: The most professional article I’ve ever done was probably when I got a chance to interview President Bair in her first few weeks in office. She agreed to speak with The Elm before she spoke with any other local papers, which was very exciting. The goofiest was the one week I served as the goose of “A Goose & a Gander” and wrote about all the weird people I’ve encountered on Tinder.
Hardest thing about your position: Juggling many sections at once. Every section of the Elm is important and I want them to feel that I am giving them the resources and attention they need.
What do you like to do in your free time? Read, play The Sims, do yoga, drink gin & tonics, and watch makeup tutorials.
Favorite food: Pasta with tomato cream sauce
Favorite thing about WAC: Getting to hang out with so many smart, fun, and interesting people every day.
If you could have lunch with anyone who would it be? And where would you go? I’d go for lunch with Florence Welch. I’m sure she’d have better restaurant recommendations than me.
Cats or dogs? Cats, obviously
Anything else you want people to know about you!
In high school, I drove a van painted like the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo.
As the Editor-in-Cheif Cat has a very important role, and she does her job very well while also juggling all of her other jobs! Thank you Cat for all of the hard work you put in!
